What You’ll Build

A 3-step Diaflow automation that works like this:

  1. You give it a product name + description
  2. OpenAI thinks deeply (and fast)

Let’s Build It

1. Create a New Flow in Diaflow

  • Go to your Diaflow dashboard
  • Click “New Build”
  • Choose Start from scratch
  • Select the Apps & Tools flow type

2. Add an Input Form

Click the Trigger node, then add these two fields:

  • Product Name – Short Text – Required 
  • Product Description – Long Text – Required 

This is your launchpad. What you enter here sets the stage for AI brilliance.

3. Add an OpenAI Node (Time for the Smart Stuff)

Drag in an OpenAI node and connect it to the input.

Here’s your prompt (just copy and paste):

“Act as an expert in customer acquisition and retention, with years of experience in managing growth in customer-facing products and services.

 

Your task is to list the 10 most important metrics to include in a customer satisfaction survey for a product that will be specified below.

 

Make sure you include definitions of what the input metrics are for the ones you're proposing.

 

To complete your task, you'll be given relevant information, each one wrapped in triple backticks.

 

1. Product name:  {{trigger.product_name}}  

2. Product description: {{trigger.product_description}}"

4. Add an Output Node

Connect it to the OpenAI node. Set it up like this:

  • Enable Markdown
