/ Job Description

You will be the main link between Diaflow and our customers in Vietnam. Your goal is not only to sell, but also to advise, retain, and grow the customer base by ensuring they achieve success using our platform.

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Consulting Sales: Handle leads from the inbound channel and proactively approach potential B2B customers (SMEs, distributors, large enterprises) in Vietnam. Conduct demos to demonstrate how Diaflow solves their specific problems.

  • Sales Channel Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from screening to closing. Maintain an effective sales channel using CRM tools to ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met.

  • Increase Revenue & Expansion: Identify opportunities within the existing customer base to upgrade service packages or cross-sell new features/services based on their evolving needs.

2. Customer Relationships & Success (Customer Nurturing

  • Guide & Implement: Guide new customers through the tutorial process, ensuring they understand how to effectively set up their first automation or chatbot workflows.

  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Problem Solving: Be the first point of contact for commercial or urgent issues, coordinating with the Support/Technical team for prompt resolution.

3. Market Insights & Collaboration

  • Customer Voice: Gather feedback, feature requests, and problem-solving issues from Vietnamese customers and forward them to the Product team to help improve the platform

/ Skills & Experiences

  • Experience: At least 1 year or more of experience in B2B sales, customer management, or business development, preferably in the SaaS, software, or agency industry.

  • Communication: Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in English (reading & writing) to understand technical documentation and communicate with the internal product team.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets/goals.

/ Advanced Requirements (Preferred)

  • Experience with or strong interest in chatbots, CRM, automation (Zapier/Make), or AI technology.

  • Existing network of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners and marketing agencies.

  • Basic technical understanding (API, Webhook) to confidently discuss integration possibilities with technical clients.

  • Ho Chi Minh office: Ward 7, Binh Thanh District, HCMC

  • Working time: Monday – Friday (8.30 am – 6 pm)
