Job description

• Design, build, test, and deploy automated AI workflows and multi-agent systems directly on Diaflow’s platform to optimize internal operations and client business cases.
• Connect third-party APIs, webhooks, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools into Diaflow workflows to link external tools, services, and databases seamlessly.
• Craft, test, and optimize advanced AI prompt chains (System Prompting, Few-Shotting, Structured JSON Output) inside Diaflow nodes to execute complex cognitive tasks reliably.
• Write clean, basic Python scripts for custom data parsing, payload transformations, or specialized integration logic when expanding Diaflow capabilities.
• Document workflow logic, API mappings, prompt structures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Research, benchmark, and propose new AI models, frameworks, and features to continuously elevate what can be automated on the Diaflow platform.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and cross-departmental teams to analyze operational bottlenecks and turn requirements into robust Diaflow solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience or strong eagerness to master Diaflow (prior experience with low-code/no-code platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools is a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with AI Image & Video Generation tools/platforms (Lumina, Kling AI, Weavy or similar creative AI models) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON structure, and basic Python scripting for API and MCP integration handling.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills — able to deconstruct business logic into clean, step-by-step workflow architecture on Diaflow.
• Quick learner who adapts fast to platform updates, new AI models, and evolving automation patterns.
• Clear written communication skills for creating technical documentation, workflow guides, and training materials.
