/ Job description
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Proposal: Receive and analyze high-level business and functional requirements from stakeholders (Product Managers, clients, end users), and propose appropriate technical and functional solutions aligned with business goals.
- Documentation & Implementation Support: Prepare detailed specifications including user stories, wireframes, workflows, acceptance criteria, and business rules; collaborate closely with Development and QA teams during implementation.
- UAT & Business Validation: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate user stories against requirements, and ensure delivered features provide clear business value to end users.
- User Training & Support: Train and support users on new features, system functionalities, and business processes to ensure effective system adoption.
- Project Coordination & Reporting: Conduct regular project meetings, track project progress, and provide clear updates on status, risks, and issue reports to stakeholders.
/ Skills & Experiences
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Manager in software product environments.
- SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, and implementation processes.
- Documentation Skills: Hands-on experience in writing user guides, system operation procedures, workflows, and end-user documentation.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Figma Proficiency: Proficient in using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, flowcharts, and annotated specifications for design and engineering teams.
- End-user Mindset: Strong understanding of end-user needs when building workflow tools, with the ability to simplify non-technical workflows, improve onboarding experiences, and focus on intuitive no-code/drag-and-drop solutions and product observability metrics.
- English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English.
