• Target Market: Global users and international communities. 

• Content & Research: Research viral trends and produce copy, graphics, and short videos.

• Social Performance: Schedule posts and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach.

• Community Growth: Manage and engage global communities on Discord, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn.

• User Support: Answer user queries, gather feedback, and represent the brand tactfully.

• Events & Operations: Coordinate online/offline events and assist internal teams with ad-hoc tasks.

/ Skills & Experiences

• Experience: fresh graduates with a strong career orientation in Marketing, Growth, or Product. 
• Community building: Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter).
• LinkedIn Language Proficiency: Good English proficiency (especially Reading & Writing) is required to confidently communicate with our global community. 
• Foundational Knowledge: Strong writing and visual thinking skills, with a basic understanding of content creation. 
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and highly motivated.
• Availability: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time schedule available).
