Job description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant ad platforms.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle — from audience strategy and creative briefing to bid management and performance reporting.
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
• Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and act fast on opportunities.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with each platform's best practices.
• Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across channels to hit growth targets.
• Build clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders — no vanity metrics, just what moves the needle.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to keep campaigns competitive.

Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience running performance ad campaigns — Google Ads and Meta Ads are non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar automation platforms is required — we expect our ads managers to use AI to scale faster and spend smarter.
• Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets with clear ROAS and CAC results to show for it.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insights from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and UTM structures.
• Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel — you know the difference between a top-of-funnel awareness play and a retargeting close.
• Familiar with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads is a plus.
• Good eye for creative performance — you can tell why an ad works, not just that it does.
• Strong communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and present results clearly.
