/ Job description

• Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements, understand acceptance criteria, and identify edge cases early.
• Test Case Design: Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and checklists for web/mobile features.
• Test Execution & Bug Reporting: Execute tests across browsers/devices and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Exploratory Testing: Perform exploratory and regression testing to identify hidden issues and ensure product quality.
• UAT & Release Support: Support UAT, verify fixes, and perform re-testing before release.
• Agile/Scrum Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, and Design teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain testing documentation and support smoke/regression checklists during release processes.

/ Skills & Experiences

• QC Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manual testing/QC through internships, freelance work, or projects.
• Software Testing Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing types such as functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and usability testing.
• Test Execution & Bug Reporting: Ability to execute test cases, identify issues, reproduce bugs, and write clear bug reports with detailed evidence.
• QA/QC Tools Familiarity: Familiar with Jira, TestRail/Zephyr, Chrome DevTools; basic knowledge of Postman is a plus.
• Quality-oriented Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong responsibility in ensuring product quality and stability before release.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Developers, Designers, and Product teams.
• English Proficiency: Ability to communicate and work in English environments is a plus.
