Job description
- Growth Strategy: Own and drive the full growth funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Monetization → Retention → Expansion)
- Global Expansion: Execute growth strategies across international markets (US, EU, SEA)
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify high-impact opportunities through data, user insights, and market research
- Product-Led Growth: Optimize onboarding, activation, and time-to-value for AI products
- Experimentation: Run experiments to improve conversion, retention, and expansion (A/B testing, pricing, funnel)
- Growth Loops: Build and optimize virality, referrals, and community-driven adoption
- Acquisition Channels: Scale SEO, content, community, paid, partnerships, and marketplaces (AppSumo, Product Hunt)
- Analytics & Metrics: Track and report key metrics (activation, conversion, NRR, LTV, CAC) and build dashboards
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead growth initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Technology Awareness: Stay updated with AI/SaaS growth trends and PLG best practices
Skills & Experience
- Experience Level: 3+ years in Growth / Product Growth, including experience in B2B SaaS
- PLG Experience: Proven track record in product-led growth (self-serve, freemium, or usage-based models)
- International Exposure: Experience working with global markets or teams
- Language: Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Experimentation: Hands-on experience running A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable results
- AI Tools: Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work
- Growth Knowledge: Strong understanding of growth funnel, product metrics, and user behavior
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, or analytics tools)
- Analytics Tools: Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or similar
- Acquisition Channels: Understanding of SEO, content, community, paid, and partnerships
- Ownership: Experience owning growth metrics and driving business impact
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with community-led growth, AI/automation tools, CRM tools, or marketplace launches
